Slickrock Apparition

This began as a colorful and cubist self portrait and ended up being a psychedelic tangle of color. I used prismacolors and melted through a whole large set of them. The background was inspired by Antelope Canyon in AZ. I actually finished this while traveling across Utah and Arizonia and became very popular with some hippie kids living down by Mosquito Cove near Zion. The drawing took close to 500 hrs. to complete and people at my last show had a habbit of standing inches away from it to see all the detail. I just had this professionally photographed and will have prints available soon.
